NOT PROFFESSIONAL, HAS NO PATIENCE! DOES NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO ADDRESS. THE LAB HAD NO TOOLS FOR A CERTAIN TEST SHE PRESCRIBED, SHE TOLD ME TO COMEBACK ANOTHER DAY. THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT PLEASENT AND THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY CALLS TWICE WITHOUT GETTING BACK TO ME . THE NURSE DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS ( I LEFT 3 MESSAGES) .THE DOCTOR DID NOT DIRECT ME OR SUGGESTED ANYTHONG AFTER REVIEWING MY LAB RESULTS WICH WERE HIGH! SHE TOLD ME TO COMEBACK MONTHS LATER. SEEMS THAT SHE IS INTERESTED IN GETTING PAID AND COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE PATIENT'S RESULTS/CONCERNS! TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY!

Dr. Ali is the worse doctor I have ever had. No bedside manners. Not friendly at all. Cut corners on my Pap exam. I will not make an appt. to see her again. There are better more professional doctors at Northshore.
