The rude receptionist at the front desk at Jamaica is the only bad egg. She has a problem.

I have been a patient with Dr. Sultana for over 22 years. She is a very caring person and takes time to explain what ever are your problems. It is unfair for such bad reviews from some patients.

DO NOT COME TO NAHEEDA SULTANA. SHE DID NOT FIND LUNG CANCER UNTIL IT WAS IN THE LAST STAGE. SHE MAKES YOU WAIT 5-7 HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT YOU MADE MONTHS AGO. PLEASE SAVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND MONEY - SHE WILL JUST WRITE YOU PAIN MEDS FOR CANCER. WE WILL NOW LOSE A FAMILY MEMBER BECAUSE SHE TRIED TO TREAT CANCER WITH ARTHRITIS CREAM AND PAIN KILLERS.

The front desk staff are great. They are very helpful. Dr.Sultana is a good listener .

Extremely bad experience. Dr. Sultana never see u. You are checked by her assistant. Front desk clerk has no knowledge what she is doing and always in a dominating manner. Very bad attitude. I will complain in BBB and health insurance as well as NYS of health. Should get a 0 or negative review. 1 star is far more better then what they are.

I have been going to Dr. Sultana's Jackson Heights office for years now and I don't have single complaint. Yes the wait time is long but it is all worth it. I usually go on a Saturday and the staff is extremely polite and responsible. I have no problem to wait to see a GOOD DOCTOR!!!

I have been going to this doctor for many years. she is very knowledgeable and popular. She sees many patients and manages it very well. If there is an emergency that can cause patient to get sick, the staff takes that patient first to protect their patient in the waiting room that is why the wait extends. The staff is very helpful, tells me when to come back or which doctor to go to for further help. I have no complaints and very happy with my doctor.

The doctors are fine here. Dr. Sultana and Dr. John Valsa are both good doctors . HOWEVER, the place is INSANE and I'm not even exagerrating. It's crazy how the wait time goes from 2 hours to sometimes 4 hours. The entire place is a mess. The staff are extremely rude. There's no such thing as 'Time management" or "courtesy". So a patient comes in around 11am for her appointment and she ends up leaving around 2:30pm (that's something you can expect from this clinic) Sometimes they make you wait 2 hours and randomly tell you "Sorry come another day. Our computer stopped working". Really? Im a student and it's really hard to keep on coming back and forth and wait in the clinic for hours. And if you just wanna drop off your urine or you want to pick up a copy of your labs, they MAKE you wait at least 1.5 hours behind another 30 patients (And in reality you are just here to pick up 2 pages of paper). Long story short: Stay far far away from this clinic in Jamaica. Even though the 2… doctors are okay, it's not worth waiting 4 hours.

I have been to this Md numerous times for a annual job physical but would not go for routine care.The staff is rude and appointments are available @ 2 weeks +.U would be seen at 11am for a 9am appt.Staff tries to hustle you for more $$ when u follow up for any issue.The general atmosphere toward clients is that u are broke and illiterate. Dr sultana herself might be a good clinican but all this staff makes it hard to go back into this place...

OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY ROUDE.NEVER SAYS HALLO OR HI.NO THANK YOU.VERY ROUDE ON TELEPHONE.DR. VERY GOOD BUT ALWAYS OVER BOOKED.NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN OFFICE STAFF.
