Pick a different provider. The front desk girls are rude. Did not update records. They will talk bad about patients that are sitting in the lobby! I am appalled by such behavior and when you try to discuss this with the Dr N. Elyas, he got upset and rude. Patients are the reason why you are in business! First priority is to have "quality customer service". Will not return and no longer recommend.

Several individuals at the front desk are difficult to communicate. i.e. New girl who answers phone can't type in the fields even when you repeat your name clearly 4 times. Yet they let her answer the phone? I have talked to different people on three occasions. Each time, having to repeat myself several times. I believe they don't listen well or have bad memories or don't know enough to use a pen and paper to get it right the first time. They cut you off when you are try to speak or explain something (like what they have to say is more important? or they don't really care?). I found out from the drug store that the Doctor prescribed a simple Acne creme that has a co-pay of $130?! Ok no problem I thought, lets call the Doctors office to clarify. When I called his office for information/options for this prescription, his front desk person could not answer my simple brand verse generic questions even though she just consulted with him. Then the doctor got on the phone, I started… to ask my question and he immediately cut me off (now I know where they get it from), offering his opinion on an unrelated issue, like he knew what I was going to say? I mentioned that had nothing to do with my question, and if he could just let me finish. He hung up the phone. So why did he prescribe that expensive creme? Who knows maybe he has shares. So if this sound good to you, book an appointment, I'm sure he is technically ok... People hear what you say, but have lost the patience to really listen. First and last time I'm going back there too many negative interactions. There are hundreds of doctors out there that would appreciate your business and listen to you.
