The entire office is disrespectful of your time and needs. I waited over 2 hours for my appointment and I was told I could only have 1 task done because they did not have time. Now that I have a new and efficient doctor I realized how bad it was for so many years. This is 1 of many visits that were time consuming and not helpful.

Dr. Khurshid has been my PCP for nearly 9 years! She listens, she recommends, we discuss options, & I feel she stays on top of things! She's very good about returning calls & it's very easy to get an appointment! If I come down with my yearly sinus infection, she'll call in the Rx & just make me come in for the follow-up! She has a very busy practice, so I usually sign in then ask about the wait time! If it's long, I'll go have lunch or visit the gift shop. I don't want to sit in a full waiting room anyway! But, that's the closest thing to a complaint I have! I would highly recommend Dr. Khurshid!

Dr Kurshid is a very nice doctor but the wait time is atrocious. We have always waited a minimum of 20 minutes past our appointment. This time has been an hour and 20 minutes and still waiting. Not happy.

DR. KHURSID HAS BEEN MY DR. FOR 20 years . SHE LISTENS TO YOUR HEALTH ISSUES AND TRYS TO SOLVE UR PROBLEMS W ORDERING TESTS NEEDED.SHE RETURNS UR PHONE CALLS EVEN THOUGH SHE IS ALWAYS SOO BUSY.HER NURSE VENOLIA IS THE BEST!

My experience with Dr. Khurshid was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. Mostly the Naperville Internists group she works with is the most disorganized, badly managed medical practices I've ever had the misfortune to come across. I went in for an annual medical exam that the office scheduled for me with my regular doctor when the doctor was not even scheduled to be in the office. Dr. Khurshid shows up in my room after I had waited for an hour. YES one whole hour and asks me what's wrong. I told her nothing specific was and that this was just an annual visit. And she tells me (very patronizingly, I might add) that to her an annual visit is no different from any other visit. So, then I start asking her to examine me and make sure my blood tests are okay and ask her to do my papsmear. To which she tells me that she can't because I did not tell the receptionist that I needed one. Now, note that annual visit includes a papsmear and I had made the appointment FOR a papsmear.… When I explain this to her she tells me that she could 'do me a favor' (her words) and do a papsmear if I waited another 30 mins. Since I was there and I had already spent over an hour doing nothing more than having my blood pressure raised I let her do me the favor. As if that nightmare weren't enough she bills the papsmear to an insurance I haven't used in 3 years. Needless to say I am no longer with this practice. If you are considering her (or anyone at this practice) as a doctor, I'd strongly urge you to find someone else.
