Dr. Naira Spartak Babaian, MD

I tried to like the this place off a friend's recommendation, but the quality of their service is just way too poor to justify their high prices. Currently trying to figure out how a single unsuccessful single ward freeze is billing my insurance almost $3000!!! Something about the office and the people running the place is very off. Steer clear of this place.

makes you to visit multiple times for the copay money. prescription recommended is not good. had to visit another doctor for the same.

Normally I don't have an habit of writing a review, but due to my bad and terrible experience with Naira Babaian, i am writing my experience here so that no other people will be cheated by this lady. I visited for the first time and at first she is ok and asked about my health and my habits and they drew my blood for the lab tests.The first shock was she searched in an app for giving a simple skin cream. Just think of how knowledgable she was. For my second visit, which will be my yearly physicals, which will be covered completely by insurance, she asked to pay upfront in order to review the lab results. i informed about my insurance and they said it's ok and no need of money. After that she started acting weirdly, as she just handed-over my lab reports and she didn't even walkover about the lab results and my vitals and other tests were performed by nurse assistant and she just sat on a chair watching. How unprofessional is it. They didn't even gave my lab results completely… and not even the vital reports. Here conversation is even rude. Simply they said, in order to explain the lab results and for prescription, I need to reschedule and another appointment. For more money. They are simply trying to split my yearly free physicals into multiple appointments in order to charge my copay. (for the first visit, I had paid my copay). She is totally money minded and Professional with her field. try to avoid her.

Dr Babaian office split your visits up into 2 so that they can charge you a co pay both times. I questioned the lady at the front desk as to why and she got very defensive about it. Dr Babaian was very rude at my last appointment and she was not communicating with my endocrinologist and proceeded to tell me something was wrong with my blood work when it wasn’t. Dr Babaian’s office call me about my blood work after my first appointment and said it was normal. Then when I went in for my second appointment she says all these things are wrong. I have thyroid issue and if my medicine dosage isn’t right then it can throw my blood work off. My endocrinologist did my blood work about a week before I went to Dr. Babaian and found out that my dose needed to be changed and it was way off. I explained that to her and told her that my endocrinologist doc just changed my dose and it takes 6-8 weeks to regulate but she would not listen. Dr Babaian also told a lie and said that my… endocrinologist doctor wanted me to do some procedure in her office when my endocrinologist told me that she didn’t.I think she wants to make more and more money at the expense of her patients. I will not be going back to Dr Babaian because she’s not knowledgeable enough about Thyroid issues and I just can’t trust her.

I am sure Dr Babaian is a wonderful doctor- if you can ever get in to see her. Her staff told me that my severe pain was an acute issue for them and that they would not be scheduling me until 2 months down the road. They were rude, promised a call back I never received and then hung up on me when I tried to follow up. My hopes in writing this review is that Dr. Babaian reads this so she knows how people that are trying to schedule with her are being treated.

I don't get what I need, its only about the money here

My visit started out easily with a call to schedule my appointment. I wsn't feeling well, so I was offered an appointment the same day. When I arrived Amy and Jane immediately asked if they could do anything to make me more comfortable. After waining only a few minutes I was called to the back. Dr. Babian saw me quickly and diagnosed me with strep. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have recommended her to countless people and will continue to do so.
