Dr. Naishadh Naval Raghuwanshi, MD

I made a Tele med appt for Sept. 17, 2020 at 11:15 a.m. I had another appointment for that day which I could not cancel. I phoned the office & spoke with Emily. I asked if I could be rescheduled for Monday. She said "No." I asked if there was an opening for Tuesday. She said "No." I asked about Wednesday. She said "No.," Then I asked when there would be an opening and she said not for 3 weeks or more. She acts like patients are "putting her out & causing her an inconvenience," even when I made my first appointment yesterday, Sept. 16, 2020. She was even more rude and dismissive when I cancelled today's appointment. I'm GLAD i cancelled. I go by the front office staff, secretary's on how the office is run. I won't be recommending nor going to Dr. Raghu that's for sure. Unbelieveable how these doctors' hire such incompetent front office personnel. Doctors should realize that the patient's first impression of front office personnel is a LASTING ONE!!! Unacceptable. I'll… be notifying MY insurance company and filing a GRIEVANCE. Maybe that will wake up the doctor on hiring better front office workers. Very DISGUSTED!

I waited a month and a half to get in to see this doctor and got a call the day before my appointment saying they needed to reschedule, and could not fit me in for another month. I had no other choice so I had to just agree and wait another month. The day before THAT appointment I got a call saying they needed to reschedule because he would be in procedures all day. Unacceptable. I waited 2 and a half months and could have been seen at another doctor's office in that time.

The staff is very unprofessional and they are not in my insurance network and the staff said they were! Very unprofessional however the Doctor was very good, he should do something about his staff

Expect 2+ hour wait times to see Dr. Raghu. My appointment was at 1:15 and did not see the doctor until 3:45. While my experience with the doctor was good to fair, his staff was abrasive, difficult to work with, and were unresponsive when a billing issue was brought to their attention. The billing issue remains unresolved. Overall, my experience with the doctor and his staff made me feel as if I was a non-person, a name-less, face-less client who can be gouged for treatment.

Dr was an average listener. I felt like I got a cookie cutter diagnosis because I don't think he was REALLY listening to all the details of my problem. After waiting 90 minutes to see him, a nurse interrupted my time with the doctor 5 times, where he left the room during my appointment. The office staff is rude, I called after my appointment to get the MDs advice, they never called me back, I had to call again, finally returned my call BUT not with the information I asked about. Very unhelpful & disappointed. Would NOT recommend this office of MD to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, answers questions and explains issues thoroughly.

He's always in a hurry it seems and it can be hard to get in your questions after surgery without him seeming to need to run off.

dr and his staff are on top of things..they may need on more staff member to get the phones,but for the most part excellent
