No follow up, Never received my biopsy results from their office as previously arranged... Had to call 4 weeks later to chance it down. Dr. Wesley office never shared my insurance information with UCLA for 400.00 for a specimen biopsy from her office so had to clean up that mess too.. So I am calling after the fast to chase done my test results from Dr, Wesley office and with UCLA to take care of that mess too Sincerely, Peter Vracko

Dr. Wesley is awesome! I went to see Dr. Wesley for a small cyst removal in the corner of my eye. The procedure was quick and painless. She is EXTREEMLY knowledgable, and took her time explaining everything. Excellent job! She has gained my trust and now I've been seeing her for years and finally said to myself, I should let other people know how incredible and caring she is. Dr. Wesley has continued to be an exceptional dermatologist and I look forward to going back to her. I highly recommend Dr. Wesley. She is FANTASTIC!

Good afternoon Dr. Wesley : First of all, I'm not sure why your patients can't speak with you directly if we are your patients. I'm not a pharmaceutical rep or a new patient. So, I would've appreciated if they gave you my messages and for you to call me back. I tried several times to speak with you regarding an invoice that I received, and I know you don't deal with invoices, but I wanted to ask you what you did on that date of service in order for me to get one. I haven't seen a doctor at your office for any medical conditions because I have none. All visits are aesthetic through Lola, or with Dr. Jones, lasers, etc. which I know are not covered by my insurance. I spoke with Susie, the billing people, and Nate to try to fix this issue. I have not gotten anywhere talking to any of them. They said because regardless for what I saw you for, that you charge for your time, etc, etc. I came to see you last time to follow up on burning some sebaceous hyperplasias that came back after a… treatment that Dr. Black did for me. After seeing Lola, I told her that I wanted to see Dr. Black like I did the previous time, but she said you she wasn't in the office. She mentioned that I could see you for that if I wanted to. I said yes. So when you came in the room I explained to you about the situation. I wanted to have it done the same day, but you said if I wanted the area to be numbed I would need to come back another day because you didn't have time. So, I came back the next day or so and you burned them. You mentioned at the end of the appointment that there was a no charge because I did it not too long ago with Dr. Black. I'm not sure if you forgot when the office asked you. I'm not sure if you are charging me for the exchange of words we had when you burned them. Now, 5 months later I get a bill for something that I have no clue what it is for. Starting this 2017 year I didn't have any full insurance coverage. I have just basic coverage, so I wouldn't schedule a regular appointment to see you because my insurance is not great. I called and asked the reason for this bill and everybody keeps saying acne. I haven't seen you for acne since you prescribed Atralin and Acana 5 or more years ago, so I am confused. They never told me I saw you twice, so I was very confused about the whole situation. I came to the office in person to inquire about this because over the phone it is difficult, and they told me that there were 2 dates. It took me time to remember that I saw you twice, because after you found out what I needed you asked me to make an appointment for it. Again, I'm not sure why am I being charged for something I didn't have done. I didn't get a prescription or anything, I only come to see you guys for fillers or to see the esthetician (Lola), and if the front desk put acne on the billing sheet that was their mistake. This is the reason I wanted to speak with you to clarify the whole situation. It has been very draining and exhausting to continue speaking with the office personnel because I'm getting nowhere. They keep saying you are a different doctor than doctor Black or Dr. Jones and that your billing method is different, etc. That's not a reason to charge for a treatment and for your time as well. Made appointment 1.5 months in advance. Then was made to wait 90 minutes with zero apology while other patients skipped me repeatedly.

I made an appointment to talk about some things with Naissan Wesley. AS SOON as she walked in the room she GRABBED my hand and very AGGRESSIVELY pressed on me a procedure I had NOT requested and wasnâ??t there for. This worried me and I suggested she ease up so as not to cause scarring. She said oh no, itâ??d be fine. Weeks later I went back to show her some lingering marks that shouldnâ??t have been there. She said those were just taking longer to heal. Two years later they still havenâ??t â??healedâ??. I phoned and asked for a free visit to ask if anything could be done about this and was told Iâ??d be charged. I wonâ??t ever see her again. I now really think Wesley is incompetent and/or has more interest in making money than in providing ethical and responsible patient care. What I most resent is that I did NOT ask for what she did, I WASNâ??T there for that reason, she seemed almost manic when she did it and she wouldn't ease up when I reminded her of the danger.
