Dr. Naja Mari Thomas, MD

Si when I first became a patient of Dr Thomas it was amazing. She was amazing and so was her staff. Something happened along the way not sure what but this is on the staff. They put the recording on saying they were out of the office. I could not get a hold of anyone. I left messages and a day or two later they would give me a call back. I left a message and then when she called me back I explained I have a question for the Dr she wanted to know what it was and I told her she told me she’d give me a call back with the answer. Never got a call back I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I called again after the 2 weeks and left another message and nothing just heard birds chirping. To this day no one called me back so I looked for another Dr. I have to wonder if Dr Thomas even knows what their stafffis doing.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Thomas and her staff. I’m usually a little nervous when I go for my appointment. The girls are always welcoming and courteous. I have no problem with scheduling appointments, or calls beginning returned. Tiffany and the girls are very dedicated to their jobs and have great attitudes. My appointments are on time, I never feel rushed w/Dr. Thomas. She takes her time and explains everything. She is very comforting and professional. She She offers suggestions, has a positive attitude and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas.

I scheduled an appointment to see this physician, and her receptionist Amanda was extremely rude and hung up the phone in my face. I received an automated phone confirmation, which I did but Amanda called me the day before to again confirm I told her that I had already confirmed. I then asked her if I needed to fill out a lot of paperwork I told her that it was normally done online or mailed. She stated that she wasn't going to go through this with me again. I asked her go through what again? She wouldnt answer. She said that she was going to cancel my appointment, and I told her that she did not have the authority to cancel the appointment. I called the office and she said that she was the manager. I told her that I did not cancel the appointment but she stated that she had canceled the appointment I am certain that she is costing this firm thousands of dollars with her rude behavior. Do not waste your time in even scheduling an appointment with this office!

If you don't like for anyone to get back with you this is your Doctors Office. The staff is either overworked and understaffed or they just don't care ...

In past, I've had trouble getting my calls returned. I would like to know if Dr. Thomas has a Patient Portal for patients to contact her with questions, or if it is possible to contact her by email. And, does she have an answering service for late and week-end hours? I know she has a Concierge Service but it is extremely expensive. Thank you.

I am a clinician and a discerning patient. Dr. Thomas won both my wife over and we have both become patients over the past year. We love her down to earth approach, attention to detail and willingness to follow up. She is intelligent, precise, and accurate with diagnosis. It was easy getting an appointment and we never felt rushed.
