Dr. Najam Geerman Fasihi, MD

Dr. Fasihi has been my surgeon for the last four years, helping me navigate bilateral shoulder degeneration. He impressed me from the beginning and continues to impress. He didn’t just rely on the x-Rays and MRIs, he listened to my concerns, did a thorough evaluation and provided a solution other orthopedic surgeons has not considered. The surgery he completed on my left shoulder provided immediate pain relief and allowed me to return to an active lifestyle. He takes the time to listen, explain the pros and cons of each treatment and focuses on long-term outcomes. He is an excellency listener and does not rush thru any visit. I have had multiple orthopedic surgeons over the years and he is by far the best. He will continue to be my go to. Can’t begin to express how fortunate I feel to have him providing my care.

Dr.Fasihi has my higest gratitude.He re-examined me & found additional shouler damage that two other doctors missed diagnosed that I have been suffering continual pain and discomfort from for the last 4 years.He was very thorough with his explanation of the damage & the surgical repair he recommend.He makes you feel that it is important that you condition is addressed & repaired correct,he is highly respectful and made me feel very confident that he was there to help me improve my condition.I would recommend him to anyone how wants a great doctor to help them improve an orthopedic surgical concern,with his help I now feel I am on my way to recovery.Thanks.

Doctor Fasihi is an excellent surgeon. He has performed two rotator cuff repairs on me (each shoulder) with minimal invasiveness and optimal recovery. those repairs have been durable. I would recommend him to anyone. More importantly, he is a very nice person and cares about his patients and their well-being. He communicates very well and provides excellent advice. I am under full recovery without any complication from my ACL reconstruction surgery performed by Dr. Fasihi due to my torn ACL and MCL while skiing. As Dr. Fasihi evaluated, my MCL was healed on its own in 2 months. Great surgeon I would recommend to everyone. Good bedside manner and all follow-up questions fully answered.

I saw Dr. Fasihi in Tysons Corner Kaiser Permanente. I am 15 years old and I hurt myself playing soccer back in Oct 2018. By this time I was not able to walk for two months. I visited so many doctors for a diagnosis’s. When I visited Dr.Fasihi he was very honest about my damaged areas and what needed to be done. He was also very patient in explaining my injuries he completed my surgery on Dec 24 Christmas Eve the best gift I could ever ask for !! He even followed with a phone call on Christmas Day Dec 25 to check on the after surgery reaction. He repaired my ACL and meniscus on my right knee successfully. He did a great job throughout the course of the procedure from the diagnosis all the way to the post surgery procedure. It's been about 10 months since the surgery and I feel like I am really close to 100%. I am back on the field practicing soccer and I will be playing games soon. I would definitely recommend Dr.Fasihi to anyone that has torn their ACL or meniscus.
