Dr. Alani is truly one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate physicians we have encountered. She took excellent care of my father-in-law after his fracture and made a very stressful situation much easier for our family. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly efficient in getting all necessary orders placed and helping arrange physical therapy in a very timely manner. We were also very impressed with how responsive and helpful the office staff was throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth, organized, and reassuring. We are very grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend Dr. Alani and her team.

My daughter is very sick and has deteriorated over the week since she has been seen by Dr. Al Ani. Dr. Al Ani made a referral and refuses to speak to me about updating the referral under any circumstances. I requested a call from her. She did not call. She simply refuses to consider my daughter's changing condition and advised the clinical director that she could not change it. As her mother, I have a basic patient right to speak with a doctor about my daughter's health. The doctor has said unless she is experiencing symptoms that require a visit to the ER, she will not change the referral to "statt" that would take 3 days to get my daughter seen who has been sick for almost a month and has taken a turn for the worse. She instead insists it is perfectly okay that my daughter wait two more weeks to see a GI specialist. My daughter has been throwing up 2-6 times a day for 11 straight days AND has been throwing up off and on for almost 4 weeks. Apparently, one has to throw up for… 6 weeks or lose 10 pounds a week to see a specialist sooner. The worst part is her absolute refusal to explain to me over the phone or in person. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I care for my elderly parents and have had 4 foster children, all of whom have had numerous doctors. No doctor has been so disrespectful ever. I am changing my doctor for my daughter as soon as humanly possible. I strongly advise to not use her if you want your child to have his or her's illnesses addressed.
