Nakul Mahajan, M.D. is a board certified pain management physician, fellowship-trained to create personalized treatment plans to restore quality of life for his patients; using a range of therapies such as minimally invasive procedures, regenerative therapy, and medications. Dr. Mahajan attended the Steven Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ to complete his undergraduate studies. He traveled to Dominica to attain his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Mahajan completed his internship and residency in anesthesiology at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. At Beth Israel Medical Center, Dr. Mahajan obtain sub-specialty training in Pain Medicine.

Dr. Mahajan is a board certified, fellowship-trained …pain management physician who has published and presented on the diagnosis and management of keratoconus, opioid-induced hyperalgesia, and carcinoid tumors. In conjunction with his tenure at HCA, Dr. Mahajan maintains active fellowship with the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Spine Society, North American Neuromodulation Society, Medical Society of State of New York, and Richmond County Medical Society.

He takes money from insurance companies to deny treatment for other patients that need it so the insurance company can save money, he doesn't care about patients

Dr Mahajan is a god-send! I have been going to him for 3 years and he has helped me with chronic low back from an old football injury. I saw him today for a revisit and he spent 20 mins with me!! Who does that?! 20 minutes is an eternity and he took his time explaining all of my options. As my situation is worsening, he recommended me a surgical consult. No pressure. No push to get injections or medications. I always feel I am in charge of my health when I see Dr. Mahajan. WE make decisions TOGETHER after he lays out all of the options. For all those looking for pills and percocets, this is not the doctor to come to. This is also not the doctor to come to if you are looking to get disability paperwork - Dr. Mahajan works with you in improving function and pain

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Mahajan, if you can even call him a doctor. It’s a money making machine. He did not pay attention to me as a patient, didn’t discuss tests results and didn’t even bother to look at me. He was very ignorant and rude. I tried to ask him a few questions, but he was already making his way out of the room. The appointment lasted for no longer than 2 minutes. Entire staff is completely unprofessional and extremely rude, especially the office manager, Lory who hung up on me during the conversation. If you ask anyone a question, they answer with an attitude and do not want to listen to what you have to say. This place DOES NOT care about the patient. They left me in the middle of my health issue without medical assistance. It was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. This place should be put out of business. The only thing they care about is money without providing adequate service.

I enjoyed the experience doing it from home. Better than traveling to the office, and did it using my I phone. The audio and video was very good.
