This was my first visit, but I appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone was, and how quickly they answered my questions.

From start to finish, everything was truly wonderful. It was great seeing Dr..J Nam again—it's been quite a while since 2015! She was very kind and made the experience even better.

Does not listen to patient when ask questions. I ask the same questions 3 times never got a honest answer.

A found Dr named cold and Indifferent to my needs. She said to Moisturizing stop scratching! . Stitches on no allergies in my blood and that was it she was in the office with me for less than 10 minutes. I asked if she could suggest another type of doctor She said to let my general practitioner handle it from here Well never go back do not go to her. I am in a wheelchair and was by myself. The staff did not offer to push me back. I did with much effort. Hard time getting in the door as they were standing in my way! Talking.

I've been seeing Dr. Nam for 5 years now. She is always very professional and thorough. I can tell she has my best interest in mind each time I've seen her.

Against the advice of everyone I’ve ever spoken to who has gone to her and had bad experiences (which is a lot because she’s the only one in the area so everyone HAS to go there), I decided to give her a try based on location. I should’ve listened. I agree with other complaints: she doesn’t listen, she talks over you, she has her mind made up for your treatment based on “standard practices” before you’ve even arrived, and she doesn’t LISTEN to the facts of the individual patient before deciding treatment plans or whether they are appropriate and necessary or not. On top of all of the above, we waited thirty minutes before being called back to a room despite being the first appt of the day. I ended up refusing testing (waste of time based on OUR symptoms), walking out, and refusing to pay the copay, something I have NEVER done before. Go somewhere else. I should’ve listened to that advice.

Love Dr. Nam and her staff! They are the best at what they do! If you need and allergist or treatment for asthma, Dr. Nam is the best!

Please read the whole review. I see that in the past there have been poor reviews. The first time i saw Dr. Nam was around 2013-2014 and i have to say that my experience was that of those early reviews. I felt as if she wasn't listening and was frustrated with my complaints. I recently saw her again and she was much more bright and in tune with me as a patient. I felt as if she genuinely cared about my well being based on the detailed questions she was asking and her overall demeanor. I think that she understood the previous criticism and has made a change to better help her patients. I left off 1 star because there is always room for improvement but overall i am happy that she is my allergy and asthma specialist.

Referred to Dr. Nam due to suspected rare form of immune deficiency disorder. She came highly recommended and deservedly so. High degree of confidence in Dr. Nam diagnosis and treatment recommendation given her outstanding academic record, distinguished internship & residency training, and practicing experience in the field, and the time, care and concern she took in my diagnosing my rare condition. Completely satisfied with Dr. Nam and her entire office staff. Office staff - timely and courteous. Would highly recommend Dr. Nam to anyone dealing with serious immune system disorders.
