I wasn't with these people very long. There was a level non trust and totally an unprofessional environment. Office manager Bill ripped me a new one during a conversation that I was totally trying to agree with him about. He doesn't listen. The communication breakdown between an an English speaking American and the Doctor (Turkish) is hard to deal with. Also, they have you come in and charge the copay over things that could be discussed over the telephone at no charge. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

BEWARE UNITED HEALTH CARE PATIENTS: I called this office and spoke to Dillon who identified himself as the office manager. I asked if this office was accepting new patients with United Health Care insurance and he said yes, however, instead of paying my $25 co-pay, I would have to pay $109 up front and would be reimbursed when the office got reimbursed by United Health Care. When I questioned this, he became very abrupt and ended the call by stating that they no longer accept United Health Care insurance.

I and my family have been seen by this Doctor for the past 2-3 years, The doctor and her nurse Britney are very kind and know what they are doing. The Receptionist (Bill) has always been rude and very unprofessional. I would have continued to stay with this Dr. but, to be honest I could not get passed her obnoxious husband. I would never recommend anyone to this doctor just because Bill completely ruins the atmosphere of the office.

Dr. Nalan Reibschied has been my doctor for the past 3 years. She and her staff have always been courteous and kind to my family and myself. I don't ever think I can even imagine having to switch my doctor to anyone else, because honestly no one would ever measure up to her!
