Dr. Namee Kim, MD

Dr Kim gave wrong diagnosis and after many tests and thousands of dollars, she was wrong! I was also abandoned as her patent? No response to results, cancelling appointment. She shouldn’t be a cardiologist or even a doctor as far as I am concerned.

Dr Named Kim notified DMV after an episode of syncope for which I was seen at Palomar Hospital. They did not believe it was a cardiac event. My PCP suggested i see a cardiologist just to play it safe. She contacted DMV and my drivers license was suspended . She never read the Palomar Hospital report. She gave me a lists of tests to do including Blood, EKG, Electrocardiogram, and 30 day monitor. I made an appointment with another doctor for a second opinion and she has not contacted me with the results of these tests and cancelled an appointment with her to get these results. Since she ordered these tests, I think i have the right to hear the results from her and she refuses. She is probably the worst doctor I have ever met. Would not recommend anyone to EVER see her under any circumstances. I am filing a formal complaint with Scripps Clinic

For my first visit, Dr. Kim demonstrated all the qualities I had asked for when I had talked to a Scripps rep whose job it is to mach patients to new doctors. Dr Kim was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable about my symptoms and the tests and treatment they required. After our meeting, I felt great relief that I had found the right cardiologist for my needs I am looking forward to working with her to resolve my medical issues.

Dr. Kim goes above and beyond to help her patients. I met her at a Women's Heart Symposium and followed up with her at her office. I was delighted with her advice and caring demeanor! She was a world of help to me and especially so when she ordered tests that changed my Endocrinologist's direction with me. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.
