Dr. Namir Joseph Shaba, DO

He is okay as far as doctors go. Shaba will do the procedure but then there will be bills that show up in your mailbox that you were never told about. His office staff are terrible and let's face it, you are dealing quite a bit with the office staff. They will not tell you if they are referring you out to a different place. Typical doctor behavior. We need a huge overall of the system. Both physicians and insurance. Obamacare is not the answer! The government gets bought off by the insurance company trolls and we, the serfs, are left with the bill. The system is broken and Shaba is not to be trusted! You will end up owing thousands more than what you were originally told.

Dr. Shaba saved my life and with the help of Dr. Halbur cured me of my bladder and kidney cancer. Dr. Shaba explained everything that I would be going through and took all the time to make sure my wife and I knew what treatments I would have to go through. Dr.Halbur did the same thing with the chemotherapy treatments. I consider myself lucky to have 2 doctors who really cared about you as a patient and person.

The doctor was GREAT! He was easy to relate to, considered all of my husband's issues and needs and found a way to communicate with my aphasic husband, too. Our time in the waiting room dragged on interminably, but once in the examining room, he came in fairly quickly. He is worth the wait,. We are going to stay with him as our new urologist, and I would readily recommend him--with the caveat that a wait may be part of the deal.
