Dr. Namita Rajouria-Malla, MD

I thoroughly enjoy meeting with Dr. Malla. She was recommended to me by someone I'm close to, who was very impressed, and I agree with their assessment. She is very understanding and knowledgeable about the effects of different medications on your body, and she explains things very clearly. After meeting with her I always feel energized and ready to take on the world.

Dr. Malla is very caring and takes her time with my child. We drive a long way to see her after trying many doctors who were not as professional and direct. We trust Dr. Mall and would recommend her.

This "doctor" has been nothing but a problem since our first meeting. She failed to prescribe me any medication, charged me twice for paperwork she filled out incorrectly the first time, and canceled meetings with me 3 times at the last minute. She is rude and unprofessional. Her office cannot be contacted over the phone, and you cannot leave a message for them as their mailbox is always full. Please use any other psychiatrist. Total waste of money. They cannot even properly communicate what paperwork they need filled out. Horrible experience

Dr. Malla is honest and forthright and yet shows concern. Her professional knowledge on mental health ranks at the highest level.

Dr. Rajouria-Malla always takes time with our daughters during their appointments. She listens to our concerns and answers all our questions. We never feel rushed and are always completely satisfied after our visits. Our daughters have made great progress with their conditions and the 45 minute drive to her office is well worth the long trip.

Dr. Malla is fantastic! I have been seeing her for several months now with no issues. Scheduling is easy, contacting her or her office staff is easy, everything is just easy. Love it!

While she may be an adequate psychiatrist, dealing with her and her office staff is too frustrating. They are so unprofessional. It takes multiple request to get the necessary paper work for insurance purposes. Usually some piece of information is missing. Multiple requests are needed. They have failed to receive checks mailed by my bank. Yet in 10 years of using this banks services with myriad addresses and types of businesses, I have never had a single issue. Most recently I made multiple requests for a year to date summary so that I could file insurance claims. They have not responded. I made the same request to two other providers and got what I needed right away. There is no reason to deal with this headache.
