I visited this office as a new patient for my annual exam. When I arrived, I was told my vitals were slightly elevated and someone would be back to retake them. While I was waiting, the doctor came in and told me she couldn’t perform the exam because I had already had one the previous month. She advised me to come back the next month and schedule with a different provider. A few weeks later, I was shocked to receive a bill for a service that was never performed. I contacted the office to dispute the charge, but was told no error had been made. I still don’t understand how a service that wasn’t provided can be billed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue has dragged on for months and has now been sent to collections. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to be very cautious and double-check everything before and after your visit.

She is my new PCP in Rock Hill. I love her practice, especially during Pandemic since we can just talk over the phone or video calls. She spends time and listens to what is going on. Never have issues getting appointments for urgent issues.
