Dr. Nan-Shing Hsu, MD

Appointment was absolutely the worst! The doctor slammed my medical history and treated me like I was a burden and proceeded to tell me not to tell not to tell my family I am taking medication. The Dr read me something and as I leaned in she yelled at me to “sit down” not once but twice. I didn’t get up but rather moved closer to see what she was reading because I could not see. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful in every way. She said I was confusing her. She couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. I felt like my visit was a waste of my time, waste of money and I would not recommend. to this doctor. This doctors seems too old to be practicing medicine and incoherent of understanding.

I don't even know where to start. She didn't answer any of my questions about my 2 month old daughter. She couldn't even figure out the correct dose of infant tylenol to give her. At one point she said my daughter had an ear infection and then five minutes later said that she did not. My husband and I were left laughing and crying after the appointment. I was just very unusual. Needless to say we will be getting a second opinion.
