Currently Nanako is my primary care which I desperately need to change. It’s now been numerous times that she hasn’t followed through with important things I need such as calling my insurance company to make sure they accepted that I needed an mri which she said she did but I checked and she did not. Also she then proceeded to tell me my insurance is specific so she didn’t want to when my insurance company literally said she just needed to call to get it approved. Now I’m currently in a loop where I’m constantly trying to get a hold of her to fix this because my back injury has gotten worse and literally I have tried called and making appointments over 10 times with lies that I will be followed up with but no response. I’m completely unsatisfied with this treatment it’s just wrong.

Dr. Broughton is the best doctor I have ever been to in my 63 years off living. Too bad she is no longer at Yulee

Can anyone tell me if she is still practicing in yulee? I have been seeing her for awhile now but she left yulee family practice in Dec 2018... she was a wonderful MD. I’d love to continue seeing her. Can anyone help me out
