Dr. Nancy Gail Bartley, MD

My husband had an exceptional experience from the check in to check out. Everyone was professional, nice and courteous. There was maybe a 3 minute waiting period from checking in to the time he got to go back which is awesome!! Dr. Bartley took the time to listen and did a well examination. This was the first visit and we were really impressed. We had to have his medication changed from a previous doctor to her and they were right on it. Pick up the same day we called it in and Dr. Bartley personally called him to let him know she called it in. We highly recommend her and her staff. Update: Now I am also a patient of hers. She really takes care of our medical needs. I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. I've worked in a busy cardiologist group for 25 years before retiring so when I say this group is amazing and takes care of your health you can believe it. Dr Bartley is very Knowledgeable and has great bedside manners!!

I am extremely happy with Dr Bartley and her nurse Lisa. They have served my family for many years and have always been very prompt with appt times and respond very quickly when we need them. Dr Bartley is excellent and meets the needs of my family (multiple generations).

"I don't like dealing with chronic pain." Huh. Neither do I but I have no choice! She tells me - by her actions and lack of response - that my health problems would go away if I stopped valid medical treatment (narcotic meds.) I have had enough of being treated for Tennessee's drug problem. I cannot "get over it."
