Dr. Nancy Edward Botros, MD

I'm new to the area and did some research through yelp (big mistake). I wish I did more research on this doctor and her office. 1. If you have a child with a behavioral problem or with special needs especially do not come here. Dr. Nancy and her nurse seem very cold and do not care about you're child. 2. There is a lot of communication issues in that office. The doctors, nurses, and staff do not communicate with one another on the patients. 3. Took my child to get a physical to talk to Dr. Nancy Botros about maybe mmy child has Adhd or add or something else. I didn't even see her some other dr, but nice Dr told me he was fine.....um he has a behavioral problem. Then maybe another appointment and asked to see Dr. Nancy Botros. She was very cold and tells me , she thinks my child has a little bit of Austim. Instead of refering my child to a neurologist (which didn't know about till the Austim Society told she should have done that). The referral took 3 weeks to get. 4. Getting… an appointment is a pain in the butt. This is one of the worst experiences I had with a pediatrician and their office

I hardly ever feel the need to write bad reviews but, this one I feel is needed. Dr. Botros herself has a terrible bedside manner. She is not personable at all. Very cold. The receptionist is terrible. Forget trying to make any last minute appointments here, they just tell you to go to the emergency room. After two children and over 5 years of seeing Dr. Botros you would think I could get an appointment in less than two weeks for my sons kindergarten physical, but no. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else.

Dr. loves the children, correct diagnosis, and always call to follow up. office is clean and neat, staff is very friendly

Dr. Botros is a wonderful Pediatrician whom we have been seeing for 15 years. Both of my children are asthmatics and have received very good care. She is a thorough doctor and the wait time to be seen is short. Her office is clean and the staff are friendly. I have been very happy with this pediatrian and with the health care we have received.

Dr. Botros is not good with kids!!! Or adults!!! She never really answers any of my questions. Never gives me his stats. Charges 5 dollars to sign any outside papers and you wait for at least 45 minutes before you can get in to see her. All she ever says when I take my child in for check ups is "What a big baby". That's it. She just repeats it over and over throughout the checkup. I'm 5'8 and my husband is 6'2, of course we are going to have a big baby. I would NOT recommend Dr. Botros. I am searching online to find a new pediatrician.
