Dr. Nancy Nguyen Butler, MD

Dr. Butler informed me that my ear was not in need of cleaning out as well as indicated the same on my records yet, she still billed the VA for cleaning my ear which she did not do.

Dr. Butler is nothing short of amazing, she did surgery on my son for his tonsils and he has slept so much better since then. Very grateful for her and will refer her to anyone looking for an ENT doctor.

Dr. Butler was truly amazing. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She did my sinus surgery, I was amaze at her commitment to me her patient even after the procedure. She gave me her cell number to call with all my concerns no matter the time. Dr. Butler shows compassion and empathy for her patients. I am happy for finding such an amazing provider. Oh let’s no forget her staff, grade A! They show what it look like to have a great leader. By the way her staff took care of me just like Dr. Butler.

I had an issue with my ear and was experiencing pain along with diminished hearing. The office team informed me that I would be considered a new patient and would need a new patient visit and that could not be scheduled for 45 days out. What is this world coming to?

Dr. Butler is a blessing to Manitowoc County. She is very well educated and is kind and compassionate. She is also a very talented surgeon who is concerned about her patients having good outcomes. She has treated every member of my family and we all recommend her without reservation to those we know. Holy Family Memorial is very lucky to have her among many other talented young surgeons.

My son has seen Dr. Butler for a deviated septum. She is very personable and a truly educated doctor. She explained things to my son in a way that he would understand. She took a personal interest in him and didn't just treat him like another patient. Very smart lady and also is great at making the patient feel comfortable. Treats her staff nicely as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
