Looks like all the reviews are old. I have been a patient for a number of years. It was hard to leave my prior dermatologist after 45 years {in LA), but the drive was too much. DR. Chen was recommended to us by friends and we are so happy she could add us. She is great, as are the staff. And much closer, since we moved to Escondido.

Read all the reviews and was prepared to like her, however I had a very unprofessional and immature experience with her. The office staff isn’t that sharp and I had to call to get test results. The office is shabby and unattractive. It looks like she is in it for profit and puts very little back into her business. I will not go back.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen for over 6 years as she has been treating my skin cancer. She has a witty yet professional attitude and always looks after the well being of her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services. Her staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs and ensure your taken care of and well managed.

Dr. Chen is so nice and personable. She is very competent and explains everything so well. She was recommended to me by my doctor in Northern California.

Dr. Chen was not very personable to me. Even though I have skin & skalp problems, she wouldn't prescribe or endorse any product for me to use. I felt very rushed & felt she didn't spend adequate time with me. She never even suggested a follow-up visit. Really disappointed with the treatment from her!

Dr. Chen is so personable, caring and genuine. She is an excellent Derm both clinically and diagnostically. She is moderate in her excisions but thorough! We really trust her and appreciate her and the staff!
