Horrible doctor who does not care about the patients feelings or needs.

i was one of her patient then became one of her assistant. she had no idea what a w-4 was so i let it slide and didnt pay much mind thinking i was being paid under the table. she was paying me 10 an hour. by the time i had to do my taxes i got one w-4 from her. i had to pay back my taxes and i was literally getting paid 6.50 the whole time i was working there. she has no idea how to run the office or business. shes always running late everyday. and making her coworker make up excuses for her because she came in. nothing ran smoothly. nothing was in the data bases. it was just a hot mess

No complaints. She understood how to keep it easy for busy and concerned parents.

Horrible experience , i am never taking my child back here. The staff was very unorganized and the waiting area was not clean.

Dr. Chang suppose to do the discharge paperwork for my newborn. She did not, eventhough she said she did. We have to wait 4 hours in LIJ to take my child home.Expected more from a pregnant Dr .Now we have to change pediatrician, sad though, because we love our pediatrrtian Dr. Hawkins, wish she would train this one, on how to do her job
