Dr. Nancy Giles Faigin, DO

Save yourself the time and do go see Dr. Faigan. She is rude and belittles others. Believes she is better because she has a medical degree.

Horrible service from staff and doctor. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and treated so poorly.

How sad that these doctor only care about money , and the least they care about is the patient’s health

Dr Faigin impressed me with her demeanor and professionalism concerning a very private issue. I was treated very well, advised on how to keep these from happening in the future and prescribed medications that treated the symptoms and cause of my illness. I have no problem recommending her to someone looking for a family doctor.

I took my mother to see her today. The Dr. turned her away because she is a smoker trying to quit. This was a first time visit about a cyst on her ankle. The staff should inform new patients that the Dr. will not work with smokers at all. She personally escorted my mother out the front door!

Horrible physician and lacks professionalism I was seeking. Was not proactive in her approaches to my care and lacked insight into more up to date methods being utilized by current physicians.

She listens without interrupting. She asks relevant questions. She is honest and thorough in her diagnosis, explaining anything I have questions about. She doesn't sugar coat the scary stuff but she gives hope. I have been going to her for the last 13 years.

Very Disappointed.

Went for some two things came out with a psychologist list and non of the two problems answered which both had to do with my loss of breath and lung health this is the second chance she will never write you a script not even a leery mess Mada all over the counter and. Dose not let you explain anything my whole time there was about 3 minutes in the room don't waste your time with this doctor

I was having health related symptoms that I couldn't be sure if I should go to the emergency room or not, especially since it costs a lot more to go to the ER. I made an appt and was turned away by her, due to not having my copay on me at that exact time (she was unwilling to mail me a bill).She knew what my symptoms were, but since I could not pay her, she wouldn't see me. It would appear that she cares more about money than taking care of her patients.
