Dr. Nancy Anne Girard, DO

I have been going to Dr. Girard for over 25 years and she always been a caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor. She always has taken time to talk to me and never rushed me out the door. She is thorough in checking all possible ailments to determine what the problem is. Her office has always been courteous and always available to help. I cannot say enough about her.

Dr. Girard is by far one of the best physicians in the north country. It is not often that you find a doctor as dedicated as her. She spends up to 60 minutes with any given patient during an appointment. In this day and age, that is crazy and should be valued! She is a kind doctor who is upfront with her patients about their health and treatment plans!

Dr. Girard does not care about her geriatric patients, she talked about dying numerous times in front of my elderly patient who was sick, not dying, and does not want to treat this patient but instead gave advice to call hospice. This lady has zero bedside manner and skills. She needs to change the name of her practice from Family Practice to Family Practice minus Geriactric Patients she could’ve cared less about my elderly patient’s condition and trying to make him well again. Dr. Girard is inexperienced and I feel karma will pay her an unkind visit in her elderly years and give her a taste of her own medicine-literally!! You’re a disgrace to your profession!!

I wish I could give her a zero star rating. She was rude and uneducated. Her office was flithy. There were things all over the place, there was barely any room to move in the rooms. The wait time was ridiculous I waited over and hour and half and for what? To see a doctor that was an complete imbecile. She had no idea what was wrong with me. I made an appointment with another doctor and he was able to figure out within minutes what the issue was and resolved it. Oh and she has one person working the front desk and he also is her nurse so when you walk in you wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come help you.

One of the worse doctors I have been too. She was completely clueless on children's well-being even though I was told she seen kids. She read off a book to tell me information about how my child should be developing. She knew absolutely nothing about children. Do not tell parents you can see children if you have no idea how to do a wellness visit. Any question I had she couldn't answer. It seem like she needs more schooling. She was definelty not qualified to be a doctor.
