Dr. Nancy Mackenzie Hammond, MD

I have been going to Dr. Hammond for about 20 years. She is competent and has a wonderful bedside manner. She follows through with what we discuss. She worked with me after my miscarriage all the way through to my eventual hysterectomy. I trust her completely and would strongly recommend her to my best friends.

I saw Dr. Hammond recently and was very disappointed by the rude front office staff. A receptionist with a foot brace would not allow me to use the ladies' room and then snickered to her RN colleague Ashley about how badly I had to use the bathroom. She had her name badge turned over so I could not see her name, but I was shocked that they would treat their patients with so little patience. Remember, you are dealing with pregnant women who have to pee often. Their office also recently moved to a new location and the front office staff did not do a good job of sending notifications for the new office address.

I just had the worst experience with the staff in particular with the office manager there Cindy. My son had an appointment and on our way to the dentist he started crying and complaining that his ears hurt. I took him to the doctor and he has an ear infection in both ears. She called me to tell me that I will be charged $50 and that I couldn't reschedule the appointment ever!!!! I am getting my lawyer involved this is such a rip off and inhuman treatment!!! I wish Dr Hammond would find out about it and fire Cindy

Very kind, smart, speaks to you and takes time with you. she makes you feel safe and listens to your concerns. love her! considering her as my ob for #3 if she will let me try a vbac :)

Dr. Hammond is extremely caring and wonderful doctor. She considers your views and opinions and listens to you. Her advice is up to date and she is very willing to help you achieve you desired pregnancy goals. Awesome doctor I would reccomend to everyone!
