Dr. Nancy Ann Hasenfus, MD

Nancy, as a doctor is relatively good. She is careing and gentle. Her nurse (Karen) however could not be a poorer fit for the nursing profession. Im certain her bedside manner would be rivaled by a mechanic who has never worked with a human. Worse still is the entire offices general inability to follow through with anything. It will take you WEEKS to get a refill of a prescription, but only if you call every few days. Sadly, you cant do their job FOR them, regardless of the fact that a blind, deaf, mute developmentally disabled child could do a better job. This would be a great practice to visit if you were young, healthy, had no chronic needs and nobody depending on your health. So, basically, if you need your kids waiver signed in order to play soccer. You may want to visit a first aid shack in norther Maine if you were hoping for any assistance with your healthcare needs. P.S. I gave 1 star for "courteous staff" because there is no space for negative stars.
