My appointment was confirmed the day prior. I show up on time and office was closed. I left 2 messages, sent page to provider. Nothing, no call the next day to reschedule and when I called the office 2 days later the receptionist put my on hold and never picked up the phone. Called back and noone would answer. Very very sad.

I lost count how many of my appointments were cancelled or rescheduled, a few were even as I got to the office. Despite being there for medication recommendations that never happened. She acts more like a counselor -and I have one of those and didn't need another.

Cancelled on me three times the day of appointment, so she was 1 for 4 on being where she said she’d be until final 12 hours before appointment. Of course there are reasonable excuses for this type of behavior but this just seems to be my luck. First time, she rescheduled for the following week. Second time, rescheduled for a month later. Third time, I scheduled two appointments with her two days apart in case she cancelled one of them. She cancelled the first one without ever notifying me so I just went ahead and cancelled the second. It’s probably just me but beware of the “counselors” or whatever they call themselves in this town if you’re a male with a past cuz they won’t address it to you, just passive aggressive stuff like this. I wish I had gone ahead and made the drives to Little Rock for some unbiased treatment years ago. Sad and unprofessional. Can only recommend Penny Almond in this whole town and I may regret that.
