Staff makes a good medical office, but these ladies that work here are far from good. There lack of knowledge when it comes to the medical field is disappointing.

Looking for medical treatment? Do not go here. Dr Jacobsen is great, I cannot speak in the same terms for the other doctors. Very unprofessional , does not follow rules and regulations , which is worrisome for your children's health . The staff is very unprofessional , does not wear any personal protective equipment which can lead to progressive infections. Very unknowledgable and can not seem to answer a basic medical question. Texting on there phone while dealing with Patients as if it was there main priority on a "professional" work day. Talking about there personal life's out loud while dealing with patients care . Not to mention violates the most important rule in medical care which is HIPAA ( health insurance portability and accountability act) which is meant to protect patients right to privacy . The medical assistant front office and male dr which his name is out of question, does not have the appropriate training to deal with young children. Facial gestures speak louder than… words. Judge for yourself while entering the perimeter the Ora is unprofessionally negative. These are just my opinions and facts about the office. If you where to ask me falsification of documentation , inappropriate care and professional maturity is not being met! I will not recommend this office, I will only warn people that live In the community . My daughter was a patient there and it was by far the worse experience I've ever had in a pediatric office. I would rate this office below 1 star.
