I have worked in healthcare for the last 13 years in various settings: staff nursing (med/surg, progressive care unit, PACU), travel nursing, corrections, leadership, and community health. I decided to pursue education as a family nurse practitioner because I enjoy learning and want to meet the growing demand in our community for healthcare providers and healthcare needs.
