Dr. Nancy Louise Moya, MD

Dr. Moya ignored multiple requests by my father to get an MRI. She just kept adding more and more pain meds that did not work. My father did not want more pain meds - he wanted to know what was wrong and get it fixed! Dr. Moya does not listen to her patients and definitely did NOT have my father’s best interest in mind. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Moya to a friend or family member.

Her care and compassion go above and beyond. So happy to have her as my doctor!

Dr Moya is caring, knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you. She listens. Office staff is pleasant and very helpful. Request are taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, a very good experience.

If you need to get in her office as an emergency you can to see her staff of qualified PA's and NP's or her self. They can get you in under 24 hours a d dont pawn you off on Urgent Care or ER. They are caring. Dr. Moya is no nonsense doc, but knows her her way around medical.

Dr. Moya is knowledgeable and caring. She explains procedures, examination findings and results in an understandable manner, checking to make sure that you grasp what she is saying and asking if you have any questions. I highly recommend her.

We recently moved to the area and we were looking for a Family Practitioner, we were recommended to Dr Moya (Parkview Medical Center system). She took our family on, although she is pretty full on clientele, and knowing we have a special needs daughter. She made time for us during her busy holiday season before she went on vacation. She is forthright, matter of fact, yet has the personality needed for this business. She was not afraid to learn about our daughter and give us the time needed to learn our needs and ask questions. Now today, our daughter who has been sick for over 3 days and not getting better, they were able to fit her in last minute. We called at 8:25 and they fit us in at 10:15. Dr Moya was gone, but Alana, a nurse practitioner saw Katie in her place. She was wonderful. Very patient, also listedned to our concerns, asked questions, and made recommendations as well as an appointment to followup. She also discussed ways to help prevent future bronchial issues… with us to keep her out of the hospital and hopefully even doctor visits. I just cannot say enough good things about them, everytime I come back I am just more and more impressed with them.

Dr. Moya is a great doctor. Ignore the reviews below! She was my doctor for 7 yrs. Sadly I moved states and I wish I could've taken her with me! She always remembered me & my name & after she delivered my children she remembered them also, I've meet so many in texas that fail in comparrasion to her. She really tries to connect with her patients! She's undrstanding and very friendly! She explains things if you ask and she NEVER made me feel stupid. Did I mention she is a great doctor to have if your pregnant. Always respected my wishes, even let me video tape my kids bith(alot wont let you). I love the nurses to, very friendly. But the ladies that work at the window.. now they can be a bit rude but hey atleast they aren't the ones caring for you. If your looking for a great family doctor you have found the right one!

Dr. Moya is intelligent, however, she lacks compassion- which is vital for success. She does not listen to patient concerns and treats every case (alzheimers) like it is the same. She is offensive and will continue to lose patients due to her abrasiveness.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, especially the front reception. They seem to forget that they are there to serve the public, most of whom are not feeling well. While overall, I would rate Dr. Moya as a good doctor, I usually feel rushed through my appointment, even though I request an additional 15 minute block to discuss my medical concerns.

I think Dr Moya is Awesome she is a little out spoken and sometime i think that she thinks i am a idiot. But other than that she is pretty awesome. But her staff not so much well not all of her staff sucks just one nurse. I really cant stand her. When i went to have my pap done i overheard her tell the other staff just wait i need to finish up with the pap lady i was so angry that she didnt use my first name...who calls another person pap lady. Like everyone in the office needed to know what i was their for...Come on
