Dr. Nancy Broitman Mozelsio, MD

Dr. Mozelsio attended the University of California Irvine, where she completed her undergraduate training. After graduation, she became a board certified Clinical Medical Technologist and worked for several years as a clinical microbiologist, as well as conducted AIDS research. However, the lure of medicine drew her to attend medical school at UC Irvine. She then traveled to Chicago and completed an Internal Medicine residency and a combined adult and pediatric Allergy/Immunology fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. While in Chicago, she worked as an Emergency Department attending physician at the Lakeside VA Hospital. Dr. Mozelsio joined Allergy and Asthma Medical Group in 2001. She is a sub-investigator on several studies in the clinical research division. Dr. Mozelsio is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the Western Society of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology; and …the Allergy Association of Northern California.

Dr. Mozelsio’s outside interests include gardening, reading, watching baseball and basketball, and spending time with her husband and teenage son.
