Dr. Nancy Carter Mussetter

It's very interesting to hear others say they loved Spradlin. He is the dentist I had as a child and had a root canal, the numbness wore off and he continued to work on me, I was screaming and my Mom could hear me and asked what was going on and he said he was almost done. I have hated the dentist ever since. It was important to find someone that wasn't like that for my children and I was hesitant to go to her office because she was associated with Dr. Spradlin. However, she has been amazing with my children. I wish I had the experience with a dentist like my children have with Dr. Mussetter and her staff.

My 3 kids started with Drs Roy and Spradlin in1988. Now i have a grandchild i bring so continuous for 35 years and we truly miss Dr. Spradlin but continue because of the remainder of his office staff. Autumn was and is always fantastic with my kids and contiues to be with my grandchild. I cant recall the lady name who helped my son with his braces years ago but shes still there and very friendly. Newer girl Mikayla takes care of my grandchild and does a fantastic job earning my grandchild trust and keeping her comfortable and we just love her too! But dr museestter can be a bit rude at times. My grandchild cries when i say were going to the dentist or going to see Dr Munsetter but if i say lets go see Mikayla and Autumn its not a problem. Never had that problem with Dr. Spradlin or the pediatrician. Fancy Nancy needs to be nicer to "all her patients" and families and not just her select favorites.

I've went to Spradlin since I was 2 years old. I'm 32 now and my niece started to attend here. Missed two appointments because of Covid and weather. They said because we didn't call, they can't reschedule her. I understand making cutoffs, but this is ridiculous. Over 20 years of attending this dentistry and because of 2 no shows they refuse to ever see my 9 year old niece in their office again. I guess 2 missed appointments negates over 20 years of appointments and loyalty from me and my sister. My parents paid cash for both of our braces in our teens. This office has received tons of money from our insurance. And 2 missed appointments, we are never allowed to go there again. The dental hygienists that saw me grow up and Dr. Spradlin were like family. You don't deserve to work under the Spradlin name. Just a huge disappointment and hurt, honestly.

I have two grown children and three grandchildren, ages 6 months-15 years. Over the years we have had many dental appointments and services. I can say with complete assurance that Nancy Mussetter is the best children's dentist I have ever known, and they have all been very good. She is patient and understands children, plus her skills are exemplary.

Dr.Mussetter did a fantastic job taking care of my 3 year old when he needed a tooth pulled! Very caring, knowledgeable, and available! I highly recommend her!

Today, the office manager cancelled my daughters appointment saying I was rude. I dealt with them all day. They told me at first, my insurance wouldn't give them any coverage info. I went through 3 additional phone calls with them. I ended up calling the insurance company myself. They in turn called the office. They called me and said I had a 20 dollar copay. I questioned it because my insurance told me it was covered at 100%. The office manager called me back told me to take my daughter elsewhere because I was rude to their employee which I was not. I questioned them. That is all!

Dr. Mussetter's staff and their policy is absolutely absurd! Her dental assistant, Becky, stood and the waiting room and argued with me about not being allowed to accompany my 3 year old to her visit. I just wonder what they have to hide to enforce such a strong policy of no parents allowed.... Perhaps an investigation should be initiated. Beware, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!
