Totally satisfied.

Recently relocated to Florida from another state. My first appointment with lasted all of 10 minutes for a physical/new paitent visit. Informed Nieves of what was going on and concerns I had and she brushed them off and did not acknowledge them. I found out the following day the insurance qas requesting a refferal for a specialst that I was due to see the following day. I called the health center once I found out and received no return call back. When I followed up later that day the service center rep informed me it was noted that some tried to call me back. I informed them I did not receive any missed calls and that was why I was calling to follow up. They reported they would have the MA call me back which no one returned a call. I called the following day to find out what was going on and was informed that the doctor was requesting me to return to see me. I told the center that was insurance fraud because I was just there on Monday and informed her what was happen. Don't… waste your time!!!!

Thanks I didn't care about the bad comments I saw, she is a very professional and great doctor, not rude at all and really cares for others.

Fue muy bueno que no viera estas malas críticas contra el Dr. Nieves antes de aparecer porque hubiera perdido la oportunidad de ser tratada por una excelente profesional y una persona muy amable. Después de mi sexta visita, ¡no puedo estar más satisfecho con absolutamente todo! Ojala este comentario sea posteado porque escribi otro despues de mi tercera visita y nunca lo vi.

It was very good that I did not see these bad reviews against Dr. Nieves before appearing because I had missed the opportunity to be treated by an excellent professional and a very kind person. After my sixth visit, I can not be more satisfied with absolutely everything! I hope this comment is posted because I wrote another one after my third visit and I never saw it.

Went there for what was supposed to be a physical exam and she didn’t even ask me how I was feeling. Asked her for acid reflux medication and she told me that I should not complain on the first visit, that I needed to come back and then asked for medication on the second visit. Never smile and didn’t even check my breasts. What kind of physical is that. Will never step in her office again

the worst doctor I've seen, rude, terrible attention, no compassion at all. 37 years of experience but does not know what is respect.

This Dr. is terrible. She was abrasive and extremely rude and inconsiderate. Do not go to her!

I was hospitalized by Dr. Nancy Nieves-Cruz and she gave me not only her professionalism but her spiritual comfort, her kindness, and peaceful thoughts that I will be ok because God is with me all the time. Her knowledge of medicine is above regular doctors and her faith give to her patients hope.
