Dr. Nancy Lynn Oplinger, MD

I am the caregiver of an elderly disabled woman who recently had her annual visit to this office and she was not treated with dignity and respect by all staff members. She gets agitated easily, especially when she has had a frightening experience. She had cataract surgery and it has made her afraid. The staff tried several times to do testing and couldn’t get the right pictures. They got irritated and changed their tone with her and she sensed that, and it made her more anxious. She was in tears at one point. She will not be returning to this doctor’s office again. Sad that they were insensitive to her meds and disabilities.

Dr. Oplinger is the best Ophthalmologist that I have been to. She is thorough extremely knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon, she did my cataract surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results.
