She did a horrible job charged me 6400 dollars claimed to have done three procedures come to find out when fgiven 2nd opinion by another facility that she did nothing more than some exterior stitches abnear rectum and 4 stitches near opening she did horrible job wouldn't recommend her for anything then uses intimidation as a tactic what a joke

In 2011 Dr. Salisbury put a vaginal sling inside me. I began experiencing pain almost immediately afterwards . I went back to see the doctor and she said the sling wasn't the problem . I've been to every kind of doctor you can imagine trying to find the source of the pain . Turns out it was the sling and I had to have another surgery to remove part of it. That made things worse. Ive had chronic pain that has altered my life considerably for the last five years because of the surgery that Dr. Salisbury performed. My surgery was scheduled in the afternoon . Dr. Salisbury showed up almost six hours late and a bit frazzled. What a mistake I made choosing her in the first place and letting her do my surgery in the second place ! I wish I could give her zero stars but the system won't let me.

The office didnt followup with the ins company after requesting prior auth for a major surgery. 14 days before scheduled surgery I called to ask question and they realized there was no Pre-Auth in the file. The office blamed the ins for sending the denial to a bad address. The dr failed to provide more medical info to ins for the appeal. She sent a sloppy hand written note with no Dx or Tx codes after saying she needed 2 days to write a detailed comprehensive appeal letter. Bottom line this office dropped the ball on the authorization for 4 months and I am left in pain. No one apologized for the error, no one called to keep me informed about the appeal process.

I would not recommend her to anyone. She made a mistake during my surgery. I could not have another surgery for 3 months by another Dr. to correct it. It was the worst time in my life.
