Summary
I enjoy learning about how much food can make an impact on our health. To have family members diagnosed with heart disease and/or diabetes, I gained a great appreciation and respect for what food can do for us. My areas of special interest are diabetes management, pediatric health and women’s health, specifically the prenatal and perinatal periods. My approach to patient care is to meet them where they are. Then, together, we can make progress to the goals that are best achievable. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three children. I also, enjoy doing other people’s makeup for special occasions.
