Dr. Nancy Anne Squires, MD

I broke down in Dr. Squires office, and she just looked at me and said, "Well crying doesn't solve anything." I was gobsmacked. I cried all the way home. I will never go back again. Oh, and just for edification, researchers have established that crying releases oxytocin and endorphins. These feel-good chemicals help ease both physical and emotional pain.

Very bad bedside manor. Unconcerned with patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Squires for over 5 years. Their front office staff is always courteous and prompt. They actually answer the phone when I call instead of using a machine, so it is refreshingly simple to call for an appointment. Of course if I am going in for something routine like at vaccination, they route me to a Nurse Practitioner, keeping the Doctor free to see sick patients who need a diagnosis and special care. This makes sense to me and helps keep the overall cost of healthcare down. I always know I can get into see the doctor if I ask. Finally, Dr Squires listens. She is attentive to my issues and will do further research when she needs to. She is easy to talk to. If you must limit your rime at the doctor's office, I suggest you request the first appt. in the morning or right after their lunch. Because she is Family Practice, there will be days when she must see additional patients, which causes her to run behind. Unlike many Doctors, she is actually aware that her… patients are waiting and she does what she can without compromising another patient's health. She often calls me after a visit to check on how I am doing. I like Dr Squires and I intend to keep her as my Doctor.

Friendly but you will spend a lot of time waiting.You can never see the doctor you will have to see the nurse practitioner or nurse.They have way to many patients that's why they give poor care.It will take about 5 days to get a refill.If they remember. The only reason I go there is because I don't get sick to offer and they are close to my house.
