Dr. Nancy Tran Endress

I have had horrible luck with dentists since moving to Wichita 8 years ago and because of that have avoided the dentist like the plague. I broke a tooth and had to make a last minute appointment, Dr. Tran's office was the only one under my insurance that had an opening so I went reluctantly with no other choice. They are very thorough, pleasant and caring there. She was very understanding of my anxieties and took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood what was happening. I have to go back for more work and am comfortable with their care.

I was blown away by how caring and personable the Dentist and her receptionist / assistant was. First the receptionist / assistant was very helpful with explaining all the charges and making sure that I understood everything that was going to take place before I entered the chair. Dentist Miss Tran introduced herself and was very personable and kind and explained what I was about to under go and asked if I had any questions several times. As she started the procedure she made sure that most of the pain was very minimal by using various techniques while giving the shots to num the areas. While performing the procedure she was constantly making sure that I was comfortable and telling me to do different things to minimize what little pain I was feeling. She took me on short notice to help my uncomfortable situation and I'm very grateful for that. She is a very good Dentist and Wichita is lucky to have her and her staff.
