Dr. Nancy Parrish Utley, MD

Dr. Utley had some concerning test results to deliver. Not only did she discuss the results in an unprofessional way, but she also delivered the news in a way that did not truly reflect the accurateness of the condition. Since the area of concern was not her area of expertise, she should have stated what she knew for certain instead of the alarming way she delivered the news. Also, it took a week for her or her staff to even call for an appointment with a doctor in that field. Note that I stated it took a week for them to CALL, not a week to get an appointment. The call should have been made either that day or the next. I consulted my primary care physician after two days, who immediately set up an appointment that day. Dr. Utley may possibly be a good doctor, but she has much yet to learn. My advice would be for her to stick with the facts that she has learned, deliver the news with compassion, and, most importantly, do not wait a week before even calling an expert. One patient for… you, Dr. Utley, is someone else's entire world.

Dr. Utley is simply amazing. She is very understanding and shows interest in her patients wellbeing. Love her.
