Dr. Nancy Mychalak Walsh, MD

Nancy M. Walsh is completely unprofessional. If you are overweight due to your baby, or maybe life circumstances avoid her. My wife was in for a doctors visit today for our baby. She was instructed by the lead doctor to bring up a temporary handicap pass at her next visit, so that my wife can park in the handicap parking at my overcrowded apartment. We have a 2 year old toddler and my wife is weeks away from birthing our daughter. Ms. Walsh was the doctor that was available at the latest appointment, so my wife followed the instructions she was given by the lead doctor and brought up the temp handicap pass. Ms. Walsh took it upon herself to call my wife morbidly obese and went onto say she will not be providing a parking pass because my wife is too fat and lazy. She went on to even acknowledge that she was being a "mean old doctor". This sorry excuse for a professional would not even hear out my mife's reasoning for the request. Needless to say she will be banned from anything to do… with my wifes file. The sorriest thing about this is the fact that our child is healthy by all meterics. My wife goes out of her way to ensure the baby is getting all the vitamins she needs. On-top of that me and my wife were eating healthier and working out together prior to her pregnancy. We only stopped because our priorities shifted. My wife even went as far as to request seeing a specialist to ensure her weight was not affecting her pregnancy. Avoid this arrogant doctor at all costs. She couldn't care about you or your family's well being. She would rather make a pregnant woman ball than help her clients.
