Dr. Nancy A Wiley, DDS

We used Dr. Wiley for 3 years while in the area. Our daughter was suppose to be completed within a certain time frame and we went over that time by 6 months and still didn't finish. I was told she had at least another 6 months by Dr. Wiley. This was after we followed all guidelines and even had baby molars pulled by our dentist based on her recommendation. After going over the 6 months we were relocated to another state and had already paid for treatment in full. I asked for a partial refund to at least cover the retainer fee since we would not be actually getting a retainer from them. They told me since she treated my daughter for way over the time for free they felt like they owed me nothing. Now after visiting 2 other orthodontists in my new city I find out she should be way further along after having braces for 3 years!! Now I get to pay for more treatment and another retainer. I would think after paying in full phase 1 for my son, a full 2nd phase treatment and being a… patient for 3 years she would have been more understanding but I guess the money was more important. Very disappointed and sad for my daughter that has been in braces way too long!
