Dr. Nancy Adela Zamora, MD

Dr Z has been my PCP for more than 15 years and I can't say enough good things about her. She takes time to explain things to me, she returns calls. She even has made personal calls to see how I was doing after being diagnosed with lymphoma and receiving my first chemo treatment. I love her to pieces. She also assisted my daughter in diagnosing a condition she'd had for years that went undetected by other doctors. 5 stars for Dr. Z

I saw Dr. Zamora for 2 years and found her to be a warm, personable clinician who took the time to talk about my concerns. However, she committed a serious medical error. She prescribed a medication for me that had serious interactions with 3 of the medications I was taking. While those 3 meds were prescribed to me by a different doctor, I kept Dr. Zamora and the office staff updated on the medications I was taking. They are in my file. I was shocked and appalled that Dr. Zamora neglected to check if the medication she prescribed me would interact with what I was already taking. Due to her error, I experienced severe symptoms of serotonin syndrome, which can result in death. When I contacted the office to report my symptoms of this potentially fatal drug interaction, the staff member that I spoke with asked questions to assess my physical state, and recommended that I have my roommates or significant other monitor my condition. She also told me that I should go to the emergency room if… my symptoms increased. At no point did Dr. Zamora discuss this incident with me, while it was occurring or after the fact. Neither she nor anyone from her practice bothered to follow up on this incident, despite its potentially fatal implications.

She is the best .

I absolutely love Dr. Zamora. I did a lot of research prior to finding a PCP as I have had bad experiences in the past, but I definitely found a great one in Dr. Nancy. She always makes me feel so comfortable and has the best bedside manner. I've been going to her for just about 2 years now and I will never change doctors again.

Dr. Zamora is simply fantastic. She is extremely thorough, asking all the right questions, and her bedside manner is wonderful, making you feel comfortable with her. The office is great- parking, friendly staff, ease of appointments, and short wait times.

I very much appreciate Dr. Zamora. She listens, probably the most important asset I look for in a physician. She is thorough, conscientious, and caring. She's also has a sense of humor and enjoys a good laugh. I trust her with my life, and that says a lot.

Dr. Zamora cares about her patients. She spent a lot of time with me during my visit and was extremely thorough. When she was unsatisfied with my lab results, she took it a step further to look into the root of my health problems and because of that we were able to solve my problems. I would highly recommend going to see her. She's easy to talk to and explains everything in a way I understand. I recommended her to my family members and they are so happy to have found an amazing doctor. Her office even has walk in hours in the mornings during the week for acute illnesses, super convenient.

Dr. Zamora was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. I was new in town and had a new insurance policy, and found the the mere IDEA of finding a new doctor rather overwhelming. I was relieved to learn that her office accepts my UHC policy and could not be happier about my no-longer-so-new doctor:)
