Dr. Nancy R Zimble, MD

We just started coming to Dr. Nancy Zimble's office and could not be happier with the whole office. The staff was amazing in getting our daughter in before school started so all the school forms were completed and the school started with only smiles. Very thankful since I was also a new patient!

Dr. Zimble schedules half-hour appointments and really takes the time to listen, examine, and discuss my child each time we go. Everyone in the office is great as well. We've been with Dr. Zimble and her partner Dr. Reinstein for over 15 years and they're both incredible doctors.

Dr. Zimble is the most amazing doctor! I have been going to this practice for over 15 years and I don't agree with any of the negative reviews. My daughter loves Dr. Nancy, she calls her Fancy Nancy, and she will ask to go and see her, Dr. Howie and the staff. The office treats me and my family special. Whenever I call they try to help me right away and if not they will get an answer from the doctor promptly. The billing person is most courteous and helpful with the headaches of trying to figure out if ins. is paying correctly. I would recommend this office highly. The other very nice thing is the wait time is minimal and they try so hard to stay on schedule and I have to say they mostly do.

The best doctor is Dr. Reinstein because he is always helping me diagnose my problems. I should've gotten the HPV shot and the other shot he told me about.

My little 18 month old was a patient of Dr. Zimble. This doctor was borderline negligent in failing to diagnose my son's Pneumonia. She let him go home, when in fact he should have been hospitalized. Moreover, her bedside manners are completely lacking. She never even followed up on his condition. Very unfortunate!!! I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone!!! In fact, this doctor should not be allowed to practice!

We had just moved to the area and had been seeing Dr. Zimble for just under a year - probably had 3-4 appts. Never once have we been seen on-time - usually the wait is about 15 minutes from your appointment time but we never thought this was a problem because doctor's offices usually run a little behind.Last week, we showed up for our scheduled well child appointment which we had scheduled three months in advance. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the streets so we showed up at 3:12 for a 3pm appt. and were promptly refused service for showing up late. I explained the circumstances for our tardy arrival - also begging to be seen because I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and I work full-time. It didn't seem to matter what we said, the answer was simply no. We have never felt more like a number in the healthcare system as the ladies who run the front office of this place made us feel. I'd recommend elsewhere if you're looking for a more personalized relationship with your… pediatrician.

We started seeing Drs. Zimble & Reinstein when we moved here 12 years ago, and our only regret is that our children can't continue to see them through adulthood! They are wonderful, knowledgeable, caring and understanding. We've been through so much with our children through the years, and both "Dr. Howie" & "Dr. Nancy" have seen us through everything...returning our calls promptly, spending all the time we need, finding us specialists when needed, and most of all, we know they truly care. There are none better. Our children love them as much as we do.
