I took my brother for an initial consultation to do a PETSCAN . Didn’t explain much other than what I had already read in the report. When I told him my brother might opt not to do anything he seemed annoyed like he only wanted the money. He schedules an appointment and the next day calls us in to get the results. I had no time to write questions. He did not read the report previously and did not explain anything other that he has cancer in the liver. Didnt tell us what stage or anything. All he said was “we can treat it with Chemo , try to shrink it and then burn it or do surgery. “ I had to ask to explain it the side effects—“just diarrhea and nausea not too much hair loss’” felt like I had to drag everything out of him! He didn’t present any other options like what happens if he doesn’t do any treatments. I want a second opinion and a change of doctors!

This doctor dosen't help at all he only cares about his money. If he's getting paid. Dosen't explain anything you go in and come out the same without knowing what to do. I just got diagnosed with liver cancer. I went to see him he told me to go see another doctor.The only thing I understood was do you have insurance and if not how are you going to pay for your treatment after hi told me my only option was liver transplant. So if you go to see this doctor get a second opinion.
