Dr. Nandita Chaturvedi Gupta, MD

I saw Dr. Gupta for my second visit with her today. She is a very kind, gentle, compassionate doctor. I was so excited to tell her that with her caring for me as a patient and human I lost 11 lbs. She was excited as I was. She listens to you and shows concern for you as a person and your health. Good female cardiologist are very hard to find and I will recommend her without reservation to anyone. She is extremely thorough.

Great concern for patient. Listens well. Confident all concerns addressed.

Just got a letter today fro m The Oregon Clinic that, effective yesterday, the clinic I used to go to, the Oregon Clinic Cardiology closed. It explained where some doctors went, yet that my doctor, Dr Nandita Gupta will not be practicing with the Oregon Clinic anymore. I called (the Oregon Clinic) to find out where she went, but they did not know. That is too bad. I always had very positive experiences with DR Gupta and would prefer to stay with her. Fortunately there is nothing urgent right now, so I may find out in a few days/weeks where she landed. Needless to say that this process and the communication from The Oregon Clinic is terrible. They knew what was coming yet decided to let there customers only know the very last minute.

I'm very concerned that doctor Gupta's office is closing. I'm sure that I'm not alone when I say "I miss you already" It really gives you a secure feeling when you have a medical doctor that really "knows you". A doctor that is always just a phone call away. For example,Dr Gupta requested that I have all medical records sent to her. This meant any medical happening. How strange this seemed as she is a cardiologist and of what interest would an er visit for a migraine be? Well, Dr Gupta personally reviews and analyzes all patients records and in doing so further diagnosed my cardio issues. Had it not been for her thoroughness in reviewing all records many of us ( her patients) may have had un-treated coronary issues. Dr. Gupta gets a ten plus for my rating. So, why IS this office closing? Where are all the Good doctors going? Any group that Dr Gupta might join will be very fortunate to have a doctor that respects her patients , that is courteous to all and that knows the… importance of family . I wish you all the best and hope all your dreams come true.

Never thought I would need a heart specialist. I'm glad that I met Dr Gupta while I was in the hospital and that she agreed to be my doctor. I love that I can communicate with her so well. I have so much confidence in Dr Gupta and value her medical opinion. Thank-you for being such a caring doctor . Dr Gupta's high standards are also reflected in her staff.

Although Dr. Gupta is proactive in recognizing issues and immediately implements whatever task is necessary, she is narrow in her medical views and takes an elitist attitude. She has no tolerance for integrative medicine and shows no interest in hearing anything that differs from her own limited awareness. She can easily get into a "berate" mode. She is not courteous or considerate. I'll not go back.
