Dr. Nantida Hong, MD

I was seen by Dr Hong at Swedish medical center after an ER visit turned into a four day stay. Dr Hong spent a little face time with me however at the end of the day, she told me she was going to leave me with prescriptions that were not in my discharge papers (and when I asked, the nurse said she “changed her mind.”). I didn’t feel heard or validated in my pain. I felt like I was another patient to rush through. It made a very painful (literally) experience much worse, working with a doctor who clearly did not give much weight to my words and expressions of symptoms.

Dr. Hong is treating my mom at John Muir Hospital ð??¥ in Concord. She called me to talk and explain what was going on with my mom and what the next step is. She took her time and explained everything I had questions for. A great doctor.

She spent the needed time to learn about my mother's case, and had ideas on how to treat her. She has good bedside manner.

I've been admitted to the hospital a couple months ago, and this doctor's smile made me feel like i am in a safe hand. i just wanna say thank you to her
