Dr. Naomi E Reynolds, MD

I went there to find a new PCP and the staff were rude and somewhat lazy. They were talking to a friend in the office and one was on her phone talking about going to the bar, while there were patients in the waiting room. I arrived early for my appointment and still had to wait an hour before I saw the doctor. The doctor was okay but she was not sure about my case and did not seem to listen well. Before she saw me she read my chart and was complaining to her staff that I "seem difficult" and that I should "establish a relationship" with my doctor, which was why I was there! I later called and asked for a simple note saying that I could fly with my medical bag for symptoms that I discussed at my appointment, and she said that she didn't feel comfortable as she didn't know me, even though we talked for well over an hour. Not worth the wait, simply a waste of time.

It is hard to find a Doctor who is actually all about the Patients well being. Physically and emotionally, and mentally! She also remembers first hand the problems you are struggling with and will Always follow up! She is caring and compassionate!

I tried 4 times to get an appt. with this doctor and 3 out of 4 times was put on hold. I guess she is too busy for my business. The 4th time no one answered. Geez good service is hard to come by these days.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DOCTOR IN ALL MY 60 YEARS THAT IS CARING AND AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AS DR. NAOMI REYNOLDS. SHE REALLY LISTENS AND HELPS ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY BODY. I WOULD GIVE HER A 100 STARS IF I COULD.
