Dr. Naomi Rounds, MD

I have had serious heart disease for 42 years. Have seen many cardiologists in that time span, none can compare with Dr. Rounds. She is smart and caring. None Better!

Office difficult for patients in wheelchairs or walkers...hallways cramped with chairs, doors are not automatic and very heavy. Once inside lots of staff appearing very busy and do not acknowledge you.time spent with doctor below average. Very difficult to contact office , lines busy for hours and do not seem to have set hours e.g hrs 9-12. Lunch 12-2. 2-5, but at 9:24am line picked up by service. Have dialed at least 15 times every time have needed to call office. Lab tesults received incorrect by staff , not able to speak with dr. Called staff to get weight at visit , told "too busy now-will call you back" no call back, had to spend another day calling repeatedly.By far worst offuce, staff and physician care I have ever encountered.

Office staff rude and never pick up phone

Dr. Rounds is the best doctor I have ever had. Refered to her by my primary physician for Hypertension, Dr. Rounds worked with me, explained my situation, and was very informative. Her persistence in finding the right solution for me was incredible. She is caring, yet firm; lets you know when she finds you lacking in your responsibilities to your health. She is very encouraging when I do well by her instructions. Her seriousness and professionalism has turned me around about my health and she has probably saved my life.
